Assassin's Creed Kassandra Collectible Duck (First Edition)

The sculpt and concept are appealing, but the quality control on this figure is not acceptable. Mine arrived with visible defects out of the box. When I contacted customer service, the defects were acknowledged but described as “very minor,” with no acknowledgment of a quality control issue.
The only resolution offered was a full return, which places the burden entirely on the customer for an item that arrived flawed. This response was disappointing and dismissive, especially for a collectible at this price point.
I’m leaving this review both to document my experience and to warn other buyers that if you receive a defective item, customer support is unlikely to offer a meaningful resolution.
