Returns Policy

365-Day Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase or have changed your mind, we will happily accept returns of eligible items within 365 days of the purchase date.

All returned items must be:

  • In new, unused condition

  • In the original packaging

  • With all original tags and labels attached

All approved returns must be received within 14 days of return authorization.

Refund Eligibility

  • If your item is returned within 30 days of the purchase date, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

  • If your item is returned after 30 days, we will issue a voucher/store credit for the value of the order.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if the cancellation request is received before the order has been processed or shipped.

We process orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

To request cancellation, customers must contact us immediately with their order number.

Cancellation After Shipment

If your order has already shipped at the time your cancellation request is received:

  • The order cannot be cancelled.

  • It will be treated as a return.

  • You must return the item in accordance with this policy.

  • Refunds will be issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The item is defective

  • The item was damaged in transit

  • We shipped the incorrect item

Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused at delivery:

  • The order will be treated as a return.

  • Return shipping fees and carrier charges incurred may be deducted from your refund.

  • Refunds will be processed after the shipment is returned and inspected.

Refund Processing

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return.

Please allow at least five (5) business days from receipt of your item for processing.

Refunds may take 1–3 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

You will receive email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

We are committed to resolving customer concerns quickly and fairly. Customers agree to contact us directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or card issuer.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to seek resolution may be considered a breach of this policy.

Where a chargeback is initiated:

  • We reserve the right to provide proof of delivery, order confirmation, customer communications, IP address data, and return policy acceptance to the payment processor.

  • If the chargeback is found in our favor, the customer may be responsible for any associated dispute or administrative fees where permitted by law.

  • Accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be restricted from future purchases.

Nothing in this section limits a customer’s rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

How to Return an Item

Please include a note inside the return package stating:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return
